Position: Warehouse Associate

Hours: Part-Time (No weekends!)

Pay: $17/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to help in our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will help the Warehouse Manager ensure efficient processes, manage a team, and maintain high standards of safety and quality. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain and meeting customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations:
  • Help ensure smooth and efficient processes of our daily warehouse operations.
  • Implement and optimize warehouse layout and design for maximum efficiency based on Warehouse Manger and Operations Manager's feedback.
• Inventory Control:
  • Help manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager develop and implement strategies to minimize waste and reduce excess inventory.
• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager in conducting regular safety training and drills for warehouse staff.
• Process Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement and help implement best practices to enhance productivity.
