Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable intern to assist our team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will gain exposure to various aspects of the moving process, from customer service to logistics, and will contribute to the efficient operation of the business. You will work closely with our team to help with planning, packing, moving, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Assist with handling customer inquiries via phone and email, providing information on services, rates, and schedules.
• Logistics Support: Help coordinate scheduling, routing, and delivery of moving services.
• Packing & Loading: Work alongside the moving team to assist with packing, loading, and unloading furniture and personal items.
• Inventory Management: Assist in tracking items during the move and ensuring accurate documentation of all goods.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the team with filing, data entry, and documentation.
• On-site Support: Occasionally accompany the moving team to help with physical tasks such as packing, carrying boxes, and organizing.
• Safety: Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Logistics, Business, Operations, etc.) or recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Physically capable of lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (if applicable).
